A leisurely cruise on Canal Saint Martin from Parc de la Villette to Port de l'Arsenal (near Bastille).   If we had it to do again (which we did) we'd start at Port de l'Arsenal and go the other direction just because the light would probably be better.   This might not be in the top 10 things to do in Paris, but the canals have a lot of history, and if the weather's good it's a relaxing way to spend an afternoon.
